What do I do if a creditor does not accept the offer towards payment of debt?

A creditor is under no obligation to accept an offer if it is less than the monthly amount owed by you. BUT…during negotiations with creditors a copy of your actual  Income & Expenses will be shared to prove that the required re-payment is not affordable.

Reduced payments offered on a regular basis will be seen as ‘gesture of goodwill’ and will lead to the realization of goodwill towards the creditor.

Continuous communication between Finwell Legal Services and the creditor will reassure the creditor of your intention to settle any debt owed to them.
